TEN THINGS – Pivot Brixton Retail Event

A fast-paced and highly relevant ‘business day’ took place on 21 March, organised by Pivot Brixton for independent retailers and other small businesses working in Brixton.

The information-packed day included business advice delivered by industry experts on finance and increasing profit; visual merchandising to enhance the look and feel of your retail space; social media training; HR and dealing with employees as well as an illuminating presentation of highlights from detailed local consumer research that has been commissioned by the Pivot Brixton project on behalf of local businesses.

Pivot Brixton describes itself as ‘a can-do business support programme that believes in Brixton and listens to its many authentic voices.’

The final Pivot Brixton event will see the culmination of over twelve months of work providing local businesses with one-on-one coaching, invaluable market intelligence and an opportunity to network and collaborate with fellow Brixton businesses.
