Brixton BID are bringing you LIVE Fitness sessions each week.
Whatever your level of fitness, join this 45 minute wellness class, the session will including a yoga based series, heart rate raising workout and efficient cool down, tackling areas affected not just by the workout but also hitting the problem areas (lower back, knees, wrists, neck) that are being exacerbated by the new more sedentary lifestyle of this lockdown.

- Use your lunch break on Wednesday 6th May at 12.30pm
- Get your week started with a meditation and stretch session on Monday 11th May at 10.30am
These sessions are free for all Brixton BID members and their employees.
Rachel is a Level 2 CrossFit Coach, CrossFit kids certified, 9 year yoga practitioner and a yoga studio manager.
By booking a ticket for this event individuals are taking the responsibility upon themselves for their own body and, thereby, releasing Rachel Dyer and Brixton BID of any liability.
